KEN HAMAZAKI
Sleep / In-Sleep Drawing
In-Sleep Drawing focusses on the concept of sleep. Ken Hamazaki attaches a pen to his hand to draw a picture while sleeping. He wants to create art without control, using this unique ‘sleep drawing’ technique. He can deviate from any of his intentions or expectations when drawing pictures using this technique. These pictures accomplished the ultimate goal for abstract expression as action painting.
